The verb is already exist, but there is not subject in
that statement, so you just need to add the subject to make it the sentence
correct.

correct,
the sentence need a noun after preposition. Answer B is not correct because
does not require additional subject. Answer C is not correct because after
preposition can not intransitive verb. Answer D is not correct, same with
answer B.
